Project background:
Infusion is a common treatment method in medical treatment. When infusion, the liquid medicine directly enters the patient's blood circulation system. If the wrong liquid medicine is input due to the negligence of the doctor, nurse, or caregiver, or the infusion speed is too fast or too slow, or the medicine is not changed in time, or the air enters into the blood vessel to form embolism, it will cause extremely serious consequences, or even endanger the disease Human life. The traditional monitoring mode of infusion is usually accompanied by family members or nursing workers, and they report the situation to nurses in time. This mode is not only inefficient, but also prone to various monitoring errors. Based on the Internet of things and mobile app technology, our company has set up a project to develop the intelligent infusion monitoring system, which has a broad market prospect in infusion monitoring and intelligent nursing.
Core technology:
1. It adopts a variety of Internet of things data transmission modes, including Bluetooth, WiFi, GPRS, infrared, liquid level and other sensors, with high accuracy for infusion monitoring and recognition.
2. Through the control of stepping micro-motor, the dropping speed is set and controlled accurately, and the error of dropping speed is ± 1 drop / min.
3. In order to provide multiple guarantee mechanisms for the correct setting of medication, the nurse will check whether the medication is correct through the intelligent mobile terminal app again in the infusion monitoring, so as to reduce the medication errors in the infusion process.
Innovation:
1. Alarm can be given to abnormal conditions such as too fast and too slow infusion, too low liquid level, sudden stop of infusion, blood return and air intake during infusion.
2. The large screen of the nurse station, the various information channels of the smart phone carried by the nurse and the accompanying staff are synchronized to alarm and keep the data synchronized.
3. According to the medical order information, we can judge whether the drug identification number and the patient identification number from the nurse terminal match, so as to reduce the possibility of errors.
4. The system reserves the software interface with his.
Achievements:
1. The overall design scheme of the project was determined in January 2019. Through design and development, key technical indicators and data were obtained, providing data support for subsequent research and development.
2. With the concerted promotion of the project team, the resource allocation of the project is sufficient and the R & D Progress of the project is smooth.
3. This project won the second prize (star of HENGCHUANG) in the finals of Luoyang competition of 2019 HENGCHUANG China entrepreneurship competition.
4. This project won the excellent award of growth group in Henan competition of China Innovation and entrepreneurship competition in 2019.
